Steps
Choose filters and columns
Select a dataset, format, date/team/inbox/status filters and required columns. One job runs per tenant and five may wait. Over 10,000 rows fails clearly and never creates a partial file.
Expected result: The result contains only necessary data.
Download before expiry
User status, permissions and team scope are checked at execution and download. Signed URLs last five minutes and files expire after seven days.
Expected result: Only a currently authorized user receives the file.
