Plans, quotas and AI balance

Check seats, channels, devices and AI usage before a limit blocks new work.

Steps

Review the active entitlement

Confirm the active plan and its seat, channel and device limits. A menu may also be controlled by a feature gate.

Expected result: Administrators know which limit applies.

Monitor AI usage

AI usage is charged against the central company balance. When the balance is exhausted or frozen, AI calls stop or fall back to non-AI behavior.

Expected result: The team can explain an AI feature becoming unavailable.

Request a plan or balance change

Contact the account administrator or AllOneSales support with the company name and the exact limit reached. Do not send credentials.

Expected result: Support receives enough safe context to review the request.
