Steps

Check the feature status

If an AI menu is missing, ask an administrator to check the feature gate, plan and balance. Hidden or disabled means unavailable for this tenant.

Expected result: The user knows whether the capability is enabled before relying on it.

Review the source and suggestion

Sales AI action type and risk are currently rule-driven; an LLM may add rationale text. Ad AI provides recommendations and does not directly execute Meta changes.

Expected result: The suggestion is treated as assistance, not an autonomous decision.

Approve, reject or edit

Confirm customer context, numbers and external impact before approval. Reject or edit an unsuitable suggestion and leave useful feedback.

Expected result: A human remains responsible for the resulting action.
