Before you start
- A Facebook account that administers the Pages you want to connect
- A browser that allows pop-up windows, because authorization opens in one
- Pages hosted in Business Manager can use the System User path described in the last step instead
Steps
Open Channels → Facebook and start the authorization
In AllOne Sales open Channels → Facebook, start a new binding, and select "Sign in with Facebook". A Facebook authorization window opens. If nothing appears, your browser blocked the pop-up — allow pop-ups for this site and try again.
Expected result: The Facebook authorization window opens on top of AllOne Sales.
Pick your Pages and keep every permission checked
Sign in to Facebook, choose the Pages you want AllOne Sales to handle, and leave every requested permission switched on. Unchecking a messaging permission is the most common reason a Page connects successfully but never delivers a single customer message afterwards.
Expected result: Facebook returns to AllOne Sales with the chosen Pages authorized.
Let the Pages bind, then read the result list
AllOne Sales binds the authorized Pages one after another and shows the progress. The result screen lists which Pages went through and which failed, so authorizing ten Pages does not mean ten separate wizards. Failed Pages can be retried from the channel list.
Expected result: Every Page you authorized appears in the channel list.
Assign an agent per Page and send a real message
This path does not ask for an agent inside the dialog, because one authorization can bring in many Pages. Open the channel list and set the responsible agent on each Page. Then message one of the Pages from a different Facebook account, find the conversation in the shared inbox, and reply from there.
Expected result: Each Page has a named owner and a two-way test has passed.
Pages held in Business Manager: use System User instead
If your Pages are managed through Business Manager, personal sign-in may not list them. Use the "Switch to System User" link in the binding dialog: it syncs every Page reachable by the configured System User token in one pass. That token is deployment configuration — ask your administrator or AllOne Sales support if the sync reports it is missing.
Expected result: Business-managed Pages appear without needing a personal sign-in.
