Search before creating

Search by name, email or phone before adding a customer. This reduces duplicate records and split conversation history.

Expected result: An existing customer is reused when a match exists.

Record reliable details

Save only verified contact details and business-relevant notes. Avoid copying passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.

Expected result: The record contains useful, supportable information.

Set owner and next action

Assign an owner and record the next follow-up date or task instead of relying on memory.

Expected result: The customer record has an accountable next step.
